I have recently decided to move from the D.C. area to California for a job opportunity. I have used your company many times in the past and have been very happy with your work. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on how to find another great residential plumbing company near my new home? Obviously I know that I will not be able to find one as great as yours, but I hope I can find one that comes in a close second. This will be the first time I am moving and have never really had to look for any plumbing companies in the past. There are a few things you will want to do though before you finally decide on the plumber for you. First off, when you have a problem, try figuring out what the exact problem is or at least what is broken. Some plumbing companies specialize in certain things. You should keep a list of a few companies that specialize in different things so that way you know you are getting an expert for each problem you may have.

Once you have chosen a few plumbers, you should start to contact them. By calling them, you will be able to ask a few questions that you may have. A good questions to ask is how long they have been in business or if you could get a few numbers from previous customers that you could contact. Being able to contact previous customers is a great way to find out what this company is really all about. Most likely, if they are willing to give you some numbers, they are probably a fairly respectable company but you should still call.
